Alerts aren't arriving

Open Settings › Notifications › Southward. Turn on Allow Notifications and Time Sensitive Notifications.
If you use a Focus, add Southward to its allowed apps, or allow time-sensitive notifications.
In Southward, open Alerts › Settings and check which alerts are on and your sensitivity.
Quiet hours hold alerts overnight. Turn on "Go now can break through" (Pro) if you want the big one to wake you.

Restore Pro on a new iPhone

Open the Pro screen from the Alerts tab and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

No Live Activity

Live Activities are part of Pro. Check that Settings › Southward › Live Activities is on. Southward starts one for your first place when things pick up.

Add a widget

Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit › Add Widget, and choose Southward. The small widget shows the state; the medium one adds the chain.

Add more places

Open Places and add your current location or search Apple Maps. Free covers one place; Pro adds more.

"Space weather data delayed"

One of the live feeds paused during active conditions. Southward tells you instead of going quiet, and updates you when it's back. Keep an eye on the sky meanwhile.

Cancel a subscription

Open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Southward. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
